Vav Labs collects the minimum information needed to run the website, respond to messages, provide downloads, and support customers.

Information We Collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email address, topic, and message. Product purchases may provide Vav Labs with customer email/name, product, order metadata, download or account access status, and support history.

Card details and billing information are handled by Stripe Checkout and are not stored by Vav Labs.

Services We Use

The website may use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for contact or transactional email, Buttondown for newsletter or waitlist forms, Google Analytics for basic site analytics, Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay on public non-sensitive pages, and Stripe for direct checkout when purchases are available. Clarity is not intentionally loaded on account, contact, checkout, support, legal, or Glass Breaker game/privacy pages.

BugLens Local-First Boundary

BugLens itself is designed to run locally inside the Unity Editor and does not make network calls or send telemetry from the Unity Editor. Payments, downloads, customer account access, and support happen through website infrastructure.

Retention and Requests

Order, download, license, and support records may be retained as needed for contract fulfillment, customer support, security, and legal/accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contactinghello@vav-labs.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
