Refund Policy

Direct purchases, when available, are processed through Stripe Checkout. Vav Labs handles product support and refund review; approved refunds are issued through the payment processor.
Digital Product Refunds
If a Vav Labs digital product does not work as described and the issue cannot be resolved, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, repeated refunding, violation of license terms, or substantial use after download.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the purchase email address, product name, order reference if available, and a short description of the problem.
After a Refund
Refunded orders may lose access to active downloads, customer portal retrieval, and future updates tied to that purchase.
