These terms apply to the Vav Labs website and digital software products sold directly by Vav Labs. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Direct purchases, when available, are processed through Stripe Checkout. Vav Labs remains responsible for product delivery, product support, refunds, and applicable business, accounting, and tax obligations.

Products and License

Vav Labs products are downloadable digital software tools. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own development work.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the paid product package as a standalone product or asset collection.

Availability and Support

Vav Labs aims to keep product downloads and account access available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at [email protected] .

No Warranty

Products are provided as-is, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free behavior. You are responsible for testing any tool before relying on it in production projects.
